Group Experiences
dare to lead group book club
Staying curious and asking questions is at the core of this group. With engaging conversations to promote growth and authenticity, this group is therapeutic in nature but will feel like your neighborhood book club. It is our goal to create a safe and welcoming environment to discuss these themes of vulnerability, connection, and understanding achievement.
Co-led with Dariah Van Pelt, LCPC of Wixon Counseling and Wellness, this group is a 10 week group to build connections in a new and unique way. No matter what season of life you find yourself in, you'll get to explore how to apply Brené's principles of authentic leadership to your relationships.
twenty somethings community group
Are you feeling lonely and frustrated with yourself that you can't figure out how to meet new people and grow your relationships?

And you feel shame, embarrassed, and discouraged that you're "the only one?"

Do you feel like you weren't prepared for the "real world," but are too afraid to ask questions?

Do your current relationships feel like they lack something, but you can't put your finger on what it is?

This weekly group offers the ability to meet other twenty somethings, have support, not feel alone, and build relationships. Each group runs 6 weeks at a time with the location depending on group preference. Multiple groups can be formed based on interest and need.
"Our group was a great way to practice vulnerability and grow from hearing the vulnerability of others. Jordan is an amazing therapist and was a great facilitator; digging in where needed with really great questions and drawing us all to engage other group members' stories with our own experiences."
"Jordan’s 20-somethings group was the most pleasant surprise! Meeting new people and being vulnerable with them can be scary, but Jordan created an environment where we all felt safe to share and support each other."
